Went to watch Top Gear getting filmed. I was in the audience in the episode when Clarkson raced May and Hammond in Japan on the Bullet Train. You can see me on the TV, it was dead cool. Now I know why there is no children allowed, very adult humour in between takes. An excellant day out, well worth the 3 year waiting list.  Very Happy

A three-year waiting list!!!  Shocked  Shocked  Shocked

To be honest, it doesn't surprise me...

Anyhow, welcome to the forum, reddevilggg. May I commend you on your avatar; 'tis very cool indeed!  Very Happy

You Jammie Git.

No sir no Jam involved, it was a waiting list.

Shit three years, now that's commitment for you.

Knowing my luck, i would wait for three years and the episode i get to be in the audience is the one that guest stars Vikky Butler and effing Tiff needle dick, with Gorden Brown as the star in a reasonably priced car.

Welcome aboard Very Happy

James May was on Jonathan Ross this week, which was quite entertaining, did anyone see his Space thing?
Anyway he was accompanied by Vivian Westwood talking about all things green, (Yawn) and Rufus Wainwright, and even bigger poof on a piano that the four poofs put together!

Caught a bit of James May talking to Jonathan Ross.

Quite like the new series so far.  The cheap car reviews, the race against the train, and of course Michael Schumacher is The Stig (or is he).

Two work colleagues went to the filming of the episode with The Stig "reveal" and were sworn to secrecy.

The advert is rather funny too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=653YzsMXojE

The Advert was an excellent find old bean, nice one.

This weeks Focus RS... oh i so want that car...pant...pant.

and the pretty little blond they allowed to drive the car in a reasonably priced girl... oh hang on, i may have got that wrong Laughing

anyway i watched an episode of fifth gear the other day. i love cars but had all but given up on fifth gear as it seemed to be losing its identity, that and the irritating Vikki Butler is even more irritating than Tiff the nerd needel, (and i don't care if i may have spelt his name wrong)

Where in the past 5th has given us some interesting head on collisions filmed in real time, and shown the everyday danger of being side swiped by a lorry.
the difference between avoiding an obstacle at speed with electronic stability controls switched on, and then with it switched off used to be entertaining and educational.

the latest episode of 5th gear that i watch had Tiff and the other prick (i cant even remember the name, he made that much of an impression) running around a field racing TANKS!!! yes fucking TANKS, and behaving like naughty little boys to boot.

Shit, if i want to watch this kind of entertainment being done well i will watch Top Gear, still i had nothing else to do at the time as i was taking a well earned rest for saving the world as.... woops, nearly got me, ho-hum, i didn't say a word Smile
