Just watched this Dead Set its entirety, as a customer kindly gave me a dvd he had burned of it.
This has to be one of the best pieces of TV drama produced this year,
Really really good tele
and for those who may not have seen it, try and catch sanctuary on ITV2, this is also quite good. _________________
Never ever having watched Big Brother i was surprised to have been told in the shop that some of the actors in the house had in fact been BB contestants in the past, if that is indeed correct and i wasn't just having my leg pulled then it was a nice touch... i think? _________________
Watched the first episode when it aired, thought it was quite good, an idea I could really get behind.
Sadly being busy recently moving house this means that I missed all the rest. I guess I may catch it at some later point, or get it as a present as everyone I know knows I love zombies. _________________ Itchy... Tasty
I downloaded them all from 4od last week and watched them in a one-er. I was very impressed. The first episode was a little slow and didn't completely grab me, but as a whole, it was very strong. Particularly for a small budget British production.
I think Charlie Brooker is a hero anyway, but I liked how his distinctive style of writing wasn't toned down for the script.
I shall deffo be buying it once it comes down in price.
