Thought Bubble: The Leeds Sequential Art Festival

Another show that I have just been told about is Thought Bubble - a one day con in the Leeds on 15th November as part of a bigger week long festival.

It is held in Leeds Armouries and I have also seen from another source that there is an exhibition on in there at the same time of armour and weapons from Lord of The Rings, Chronicles of Narnia and - um - something else that I can't remember but I will come back and edit it in when I find the magazine I read it in.

"Thought Bubble returns for its second year! Our one day convention event will take place on November 15th, 10am - 5pm, at the Royal Armouries' Saviles Hall. Entry will be £6 for the day, £4.50 for students and free to the under 12s. We'll have a vast array of brilliant retailers, dealers and publishers, excellent small press and some super guests and attending professionals, including: Mark Millar, Mike Carey, C.B. Cebulski, Adi Granov, Jock, Barry Kitson, Andy Diggle, Sean Phillips, Rutu Modan, Peter Doherty, Emma Vieceli and many, many more! See the website for more details. There's a big party planned afterwards at the stunning new Alea development right next to Saviles Hall, at bars exclusively reserved for Thought Bubble attendees.

The festival itself runs from November 13th-16th as part of the 22nd Leeds International Film Festival. We'll have graphic novel related film screenings across the entire four days, plus FREE workshops lead by industry professionals on Friday and Sunday."
