season 8 of buffy

i heard joss whedon plans on carrying on buffy in comic form i wonder if anyone has any more detail Question

i think it would be a good idea i loved the fray series and some of the other buffy comics even though they they did not match the series like the book but with no more seasons that would not be a issue

Yes I believe it has been solicited and should be with us quite soon (not completly sure though cos at the moment i am getting lots of new sources of inormation and cant remember for sure wether its a solicitation and advanced preview or something else entirly different!!)

However it will happen! (I think)

As long as Mr Wheldon is writting it should be fantastic.

If he is not it will be poo.

Its Official Buffy Season 8 to continue in comic book published by Dark Horse:
Buffy the Vampire Slayer creator Joss Whedon is writing a new six-issue Buffy mini-series for Dark Horse Comics. The first volume is due out in October. A Dark Horse spokesperson has confirmed that the new series chronicles events that happened to Buffy and her friends after the conclusion of their televised adventures and will function as a "Season 8" to the highly popular cult hit TV series that ran for seven seasons.

While Buffy is fantastic and all, Whedon needs to get off his arse and get to work on some more Firefly.
