Well the star on the shoulder is Bucky's and the gun fits, but he looks a bit too bulky and Bru already said that Bucky probably wouldn't wear it.
Maybe it won't be a new character at all but rather a new person to respond to the Super Soldier formula, a long lost son or something? There's certainly a story to be told in Cap's friends dealing with a new person wearing the uniform, especially if that person has some kind of a right to wear it (such as being a blood relative of Cap).
i like the new costume, and the side arms, but are Marvel going to do the same thing as DC did with Super Man, give him a cool new look, and the turn him back to the same old same old, supporting Cap aside, i really do think that the current series is one of the best being published at the moment, and thats for story content alone, long live Brubaker
