I was thinking that Rebel might be Wireless, which would be very cool, really liked her in the comics.

I don't think they need to be a pre-cog, just be able to see the paintings that have been drawn elswhere [through CCTV].

I was thinking that their identity might be something silly like the crazy military guy, or the asian guy the camera keeps stopping on.

They did try and get Hero when he was in Japan, so its not limited to America, but you do know cause God loves America more most of the heroes were born there.
