I thought they had sent Molly abroud or something.
I'm only on the BBC2 episodes, so a bit behind, but I think this is really living up to the hype [finally]. I have loved it all the way through but have always thought that it could do better, now I think it will, especially with a reported 26 episode run.
I Loved the team up in episode 3, never saw it coming, but the chemistry really worked. Will we be seeing the villan who go away again I wonder.
Enjoying the way everything else is going, but find Claire's real Mum wierd having watched Nip/Tuck since the first series.
Anyone know if and when they are planning on releasing the second Graphic novel as I am at least a year behind and would love to catch up, and see the series 2 stuff. _________________ Itchy... Tasty
I've been so impressed with the current Season of Heroes. Definatly not been pulling any punches, revelation after revelation.
Every Tuesday is a happy day, what with this and TSCC. _________________ Let There Be Lightning
I'm watching The Eclipse (Parts 1 & 2) tonight so will offer further comment after that.
Otherwise, I've enjoyed the current season but there are times when the narrative seems to take a giant leap of faith with very little logic applied behind it (everything involving Suresh). The pacing is also too fast sometimes and there's been less time for character development this year (unless you're Sylar).
That said, Arthur Petrelli is one sinister mutherfucker. And that's cool.
On another Heroes-related note, is anyone aware that the studio sacked Jeph Loeb recently following a decline in ratings on the US network...? _________________ With Great Power, Comes Great... Potential to ROB BANKS!!! HAHAH! THAT'S HOW TO BEAT THE RECESSION!!!

No, well i wasn't aware, i don't know about anyone else.
This season of Heroes has still been entertaining, but like all good shows, you can become jaded with them after a few seasons, this happened to me with X-Files, but i now watch some of the episodes i missed as repeats, and i realize that it wasn't the show that had gone off the boil, it was my appreciation for it.
Heh, did you see the comic shop in this weeks episode, geeks _________________
I watched The Eclipse... and I was bitterly disappointed.
By the end of the two-parter, very little had actually happened with very little in the way of actual progression (unless you call a ridiculous sub-plot involing the Haitian's brother as progression). The only thing that was established was that the supers lose their powers during an eclipse.
Oh... and Sylar returned to type, undoing all the good work done with the character so far during the season.
It seems to me that Heroes has sacrified actual character progression and character-drive storytelling for fast-paced action. Some weeks it works, some weeks it doesn't, I think.
Ah, well; I'll stick with it as it's the only programme I can geek out to. _________________ With Great Power, Comes Great... Potential to ROB BANKS!!! HAHAH! THAT'S HOW TO BEAT THE RECESSION!!!
Didn't really like The Eclipse two parter. Eclipes only last a few minutes, this one seemed to last for hours ...
At the end of episode one HRG, on a revenge kick, has Sylar and Elle squarely in the sights of a rifle, and yet he then decides to wait until they've had sex, then kick down the door and try and shoot them with a pistol.
Didn't really move anything on. Still, it was funny seeing Matt trying to make his powers work on Daphne's dad. _________________
