They are set in the first season and feature bits of the show in but each story is about a different survivor and how they came to be on the plane and none of the three books link in anyway
Sounds like the author's taking the easy way out... although if I were writing a Lost novel, I probably wouldn't be looking at inserting my story too neatly into the TV series either.
At least this way, they can tell a story that they've maybe wanted to write for some time and then fit it into the Lost story by just adding a few bits and pieces here and there, I guess.
Episode 17 of season 3 was watched today by and it wasn't bad, had one of the best scenes in the entire show. Evangeline Lily in her thong and bra, she has a really nice arse. _________________ Pro Massacre Boy!
Has to be said (And I'm fairly surprised by this) that Lost is actually recapturing my interest. The last couple of episodes have been pretty damned good, it seems we're soon about to find out what the island is all about, I've got a couple of ideas. And its a very very interesting turn they've taken.... If you have stopped watching it, get back into it now, the end of season 3 is looking to be good. _________________ Pro Massacre Boy!
I compleatly agree. I think it shows that they feel that their toes are getting somewhat trodden on by Heroes. What with all the comparisons being made, and people saying how Heroes differes by not messing around with the viewer enterily, and not making a compleate mockery of story-telling, I think they're feeling somewhat outdone, and are being forced to come up with answers for whats been going on.
Still, its just not going to live up to its own hype, I don't think. Theres just too much for them to cover now, they'll never get it all out of the way in the next 4. _________________ Let There Be Lightning
