Sad as people might think i am a big wwe fan and now isee that they are starting there own film company Shocked
The frist one being a horror with kane called see no evil which was ok but a typical horror slasher film but i just watched the marine with john cena and i really enjoyed it.
yes ok it is a leave your brain at the door action movie but who does not enjoy one of those types of films now and again.
Also just watched a preview on apple for another film starrind the greatest wwe star of all time stone cold steve austin called The condemned http://www.apple.com/trailers/lions_gate/thecondemned/hd/

Ah man, I watched See No Evil with Kane the other night. It's one of the worst films I've ever seen. There are a couple of pretty gruesome bits, which are entertaining enough, but the rest of it is so badly acted and slow moving it hurts.

Now I watch WWE and sometimes its great some times its crap.

However - the majority of the wrestlers really can not act - so this could be a very bad idea!!!

Having said that, The Rock seems to have pulled off the Hollywood move and with a bit of luch Stone Cold could as well.

Still cant go worse than XFL can it!!

Oh man, I'd forgotten about XFL. That was too funny for words. I'm a fan of The Rock as an actor, Walking Tall is one of my favorite action films (it's almost comic book like in the way it hits so many cliches so well). But I can't say I'd go out of my way to see any of their home brand stuff. The entertainment has been slipping out of WWE for a long time, I'd rather watch a proper movie than one whose only appeal is that a wrestler is in it, likewise I'd rather watch some RoH or TNA if I wanna see wrestling.

I'd have probably seen the Austin one, but all that wife beating stuff a few years ago really put me off the guy.

What exactly is XFL?

A few year's ago Vince McMahon began his own American Football brand called XFL. I think it was pretty much the same as the NFL, but with more fireworks, violence and kinkier cheerleaders.

Needless to say it died a death.

It's pretty well covered in the new WWE: McMahon DVD, which is a really interesting watch btw.
