Robin The Boy Wonder

Where is the Boy Wonder...?I feel a tad self-indulgent starting a thread to talk about, well, myself really, but I just wanted to give you an update on what's been happening with me lately before I disappear into the ether again...
Basically, the last couple of weeks have been very, very busy.
Work has been very stressful of late with my trying to get as much done as possible before Christmas. Thankfully, I'm done now. 
Then there's the small matter of Mum's old house. I was hoping we'd have it all sold before Christmas; alas, it wasn't to be. Probate took far, far longer than we all expected and, just we were all set to exchange contracts, a problem arose on their side as they now need to change their names on the contract. Nothing major, fortunately; although it sets things back now to mid-January. I would have blown a gasket (two weeks ago, I was that tense, I would've likely driven a car through my solicitor's wall) but now, well, I almost don't care. Buying houses, for me, has always been ridiculously slow so why should selling Mum's old one be any different? Once it's sold though, I can finally move on after what has been a very... eventful... year.
And, as it's festive season, a certain Boy Wonder has also been filling his time attending various parties with a festive theme of late (I've just come back from a booze-fuelled work's Christmas lunch).
All of which left me with next to no time to spend here... and Christmas will be just as busy with various familty interfering (I mean, visiting...) so that's probably me sorted now until the New Year!
On another note, you've probably seen mention of the Whatever Comics Awards in my sig... for those who participated this time last year, don't worry; they are coming. The Nomination threads should start either toward the very end of this year or at the beginning of next (suppose I should wait for One More Day to ship - due last week of December - before I post any of them). The actual polls will probably go online mid-January once the nominations are in. Look for a formal announcement, and other assorted hyperbole, soon.
Otherwise, all of which leaves me to wish everyone here a very Merry Christmas (that goes for you too, Xeall; I don't hold grudges against the anti-registration side at Christmas... so it gives you ten days grace, I reckon... ).
