Used to be a comic fan and have found quite a few hundred in my parent's loft dating back from the early to mid 90s.
Where would be best for selling stuff like this? Would Whatever Comics buy that many second hand ones? Id imagine you wouldnt get a lot on whatever?
Grateful for opinions
Andy
PS I hope this post is okay, guys?

This post is fine, as moderator and site admin i really don't have a problem with this kind of question, actual lists for sale however may be frowned on.
Mind you, a whatever comics swap shop.... Mmmm, that's one to think about.
On the subject of selling comics and the best way to go about it, from experience first port of call would in the past have been your local comic shop, these days with the Trade Paper Backs dominating back catalogue its all a bit different, at one time i might have said eBollocksay, but this avenue has become fraught with thieves and idiots, so that's not one thing i would recommend.
I do know of people who have had a great deal of success with free ads and small ads in local papers, food for thought.
Balls in your court I'm afraid, remember though, just because they are comics, it don't mean they are worth shit loads.
Call the shop for some advice. But not on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
Number can be found on the whatevercomics home page

Thanks very much for your helpful reply, matey! Will be sticking around for a bit to see whats gone on in the stories Ive missed over the last TEN years! lol
Dont worry, I was under no illusions they were all worth £20 each or anything silly, just keen on them going to a good home to be honest. I dont have space for the best part of 1000 comics now Ive got them from my parents and in to my house.
Really do appreciate your advice, though. Was very reluctant to list them on whatever. Seemed far too specialised for, like you said, a site full of morons!
