Whatever Comics Awards 2008: Best Comic Book Movie
Firstly, I’d like to thank everyone who nominated their choices for the Whatever Comics Best Comic Book Movie Award 2008.
You will see we now have a Top 5 from which you can select your vote as 2008’s Best Comic Book Movie; and, as only five were ever nominated, this made it the easiest poll to work on!
The polls will close in ten days time. The winner, of course, will be the one with the highest number of votes; however, if there is a tie, then I will simply select what, between the two (or perhaps more), enjoyed the highest number of points from the nominations. If that figure was equal, then it will fall to whatever enjoyed the highest ranked placing.
Longshot
Has to be Iron man for me, just such a hero.
No, seriously, I went into that film expecting so little, and came out with soooooo much. Great performances all round, and a great story, plus CGI that didn't piss me right off.
However Batman wasn't up to the Hype and Wanted was just silly, as the advertising suggested a totally different film to what was on the screen.

I can tell you this much about this poll.
Even though both The Dark Knight and Iron Man tied in scoring the same number of votes here, one did receive more points in the nominations than the other.
Because of the tie, I'll be reverting to the nominations to declare a winner...
...and one shall emerge victorious.
