Ok, as there seem to be alot of gamers here talking about alot of up and coming games, so i have decided to list every month the games coming out. Not all of them, i intend to do 3 catagories, Buy it, worth a shot and avoid god damnit. So to get underway

Buy It

Halo 3 (360),
As if you need any explanation.

Paper mario (wii),
A game missed on the gamecube and rarely talked about on the N64 has its first incantation on next gen. It will probably sell horribly and then be worth a fortune. Another game cancelled for the cube and re-programmed for the wii so don't expect to much in terms of graphics.

Quake territory wars (pc),
Its Quake and its not called 4. Expect a return to form from this classic shooter. Your either gonna buy this or unreal tournament 3, for men need guns.

Worth a shot

Stranglehold (Ps3,360,Pc),
The sequal to john woo's hardboiled duel weilding pistols is the name of the game. A max payne clone (max payne was a clone of hardboiled. Go figure) expects to be great fun but quite short, although developers promise extras and replay value. Ps3 version comes with hardboiled on the blue-ray.

Two worlds (Pc, 360),

Delayed and delayed its finally out, however this is why its only worth a shot. Delayed games genrally aren't totally finished and they've had to cut down. this could be the oblivion killer, only time will tell.

Aviod damnit

Fifa 08 (everything),
'Spits on floor', wait for pro evo in october.

Medal of honor airborne(pc,360,ps3)
No medal of honor you day is up. if you want dogfighting ww2 style wait for Blazing angels 2 later in the month.

Medal of Honour : Airborne

Some of those sound pretty good but the majority of the AAA titles coming for the PC are due in November with things like Crysis Very Happy

God I wish I didn't have RSI so I could spend hours on these things.

Dude listen to the review, medal of honor will be very average. Unreal isn't out till november to coincide with the ps3 version release(sony have 6 month exclusive), quake could make it or break it for that series but with unreal so close its gonna have to do something amazing, to keep the people there

Medal of Honour games are always fairly average but you get to shoot stuff in the head which is good. Quake Wars I've heard a lot of good things about in the last few months so it should be able to hold its own, realistically UT hasn't been as good since the first UT in 99 Very Happy

update on quake, territory wars.

It sucks! Played the demo on a high spec pc and the frame rate was awful, graphical glitches left right and centre (a bridge dissapered and a car actually fell through it only for the bridge to reappear 1 second later). veryone has to much health, 3 sniper rifle head shots to kill a man. aviod like marvel cartoon with the word new in it.

Heavenly Sword:

Like alot of people i expected this to be a big Tittle detined to suck. And now i have discovered i can't back track to clear up mistakes because of being unable to see where i'm typing.....to continue, it doesn't suck.

This game does nothing new, nothing amazing, has framerate issues (strangly never in fights, until the last level) and poor loading times (though not the worst). However it should feel repetative and never does, the combat is good and not just a direct rip of god of war, has challenging QTE (quick time events) that haven't been so difficult since shenmue 2, Some excellent voice acting coupled with the best facial animeation ever seen in a game. Top this off with a ok plot and you've got a game worth playing.

I'm not saying it's great, just worth playing, it won't be the best game you'll play this month (that should belong to Halo 3 hmmm) but it will entertain you. Oh and it has a pump action rocket launcher, that is enough to secure its place in my heart

Paper mario

As good as i was expecting, not many people have gone for it as i was expecting, gonna be worth a fortune as i'm expecting.

A weird blend between traditional mario and clever puzzles that can be created placing 2d characters in a 2d world that can be switched to 3d. admittedly i've played for a couple of hours and never been stuck for more than 30 seconds on a puzzle although you can imagine them becoming incredibly hard.

You have a Wii? why haven't you bought this its not like there is anything else on your machine till metriod next month.

Is this actually good then, ive looked at it and thought about it. But my Wii remotes have no batterys at the moment, so im leaving the Wii till I leave the house, but I will consider this.

Do you know where to get one of those dual chargers for the Wii remones from??? as theyd be very handy.

game is always a safe bet. well worth picking up. i got the usb docking station where you place a rechargable battery pack in and replace the back cover with the recharge version. worked fine for me
