I really like them, they're fun, pointless zombie killing fun. I love 28 days/weeks etc. the clever zombie films, but there is definitely still a place for pure shoot em ups.
Also, although I haven't seen it, alot of people have said that it is alot better than you would expect.
I personally cant wait, I love RE and really like the fact that the films bridge the gap between the games.
Also there were always going to be 3 of these, the second was on a real cliffhanger, although this may not follow straight on.

Extinction is not too shabby. It's not as good as the last one, but it's still fun. Won't win any prizes obviously, but there are worse ways to spend 90 minutes.

ah, well, see, I'm not a massive Resi fan from the days of yore, so all I saw was a fairly daft, yet fun, film about women in tight clothes blowing shit up.
same reason I liked DOA I guess. except replace 'blowing shit up' with 'kicking some arse'

DOA was the biggest travesty in human existance since the holocust! The film got 1 out of 10! the 1 was for the comedy of Holly valance having the biggest camel toe shot in existance!
If the punisher was real he would go after those script writters first

i met eric mabius the guy from the first res evil film in blackpool back in november i got him 2 sign the case 4 me he was pretty cool i liked the 1st 2 films wasnt 2 keen on the 3rd 1, i thought ali later wasn't a bad choice for claire redfield but they didnt show much of her in it could of been much better
