Spiderman 3 The Final Score!

Ok.

Not as good as i was hoping - not as bad as it could be, this is the situation.

The longer we wait to go - the cheaper the tickets will be.

We can have a private screening on Saturday 5th of May if we want however the best price offer we can get is 1 in 10 go free.

This means we would have to organise in to groups of 10 in order to benifit from a price of £6.30 a ticket. We also must have a minimum of 20 people.

The doors would open at 7:20, adverts start at 7:30 and the film would start at 7:55am

The film would finish at about 10:15am.

And I might not be able to go as it will be free comic book day and we will probably be really bust first thing! Oh Yay!

Still if you want me to sort it out I will. But it will have to be really, really organised in order to get any discount going on ticket prices as if we don't stick to the groups of 10 the ticket price will rise.

So its up to you guys. If you want me to sort it i will. If I can come I will. Or we could wait until the film has been on a couple of weeks and get cheaper tickets to an normal evening showing if you like.

So what do you guys think? At this stage I need 100% comitment to make this work. If you say you are going you are comitting to pay for a ticket even if something happens and you don't turn up. It has to be like that cos otherwise no one will have a clue how much they are paying.

Over to you lot.

Ps. Good news for Rascal King. According to the manager, whom I met with on Saturday, they will now be showing Transformers.

Oh and I forgot to say.

the average cost for hirring the cinema for a private screening is about £3,500.

So I guess we are not doing to badly!
The Rascal King

So, this morning was the second morning in a row that I've gotten up in a sleepy panic, thinking that it was already Saturday morning, and I was missing Spider-Man.

Obviously, things can't be simple for me.
Its my Grandma's 90th on this Saturday.
This means I'm going to have to high tail it from the Cinema the second the movie is finished, grab the nearest train to London, and somehow make it back by 12.30ish.
God, I wish my life was simpler.
Reaper

Earliest train you'll get (if you run from the cinema to the station will be the 10:21 to Victoria, otherwise its 10:49.

The 10:21 will get you into Croydon at 12:18, and change at Victoria at 11:47.

The 10:49 will get you into Croydon at 12:48 and change at Victoria at 12:17.

I saw that, yeah. Cheers anyway.
I'm thinking I'm going to go striaght from the Station to my uncle's. I'll have to pack some stuff.
ARGH as well! It means I won't get to play my Spiderman 3 on the Wii! Mad
Robin The Boy Wonder

What's the current situation then?

Its all go!

Confirmed with cinema so they will be waiting for us Sat morning.

Few tickets left if anyone else wants in.
Robin The Boy Wonder

Alas, I won't be dressed up as a Boy Wonder.

In fact, anyone who's built a picture of me in their minds may very well be in for a shock. I'm a good looking, handsome son of a bitch in real life! Very Happy
Reaper

Rolling Eyes You wish
The Rascal King

However, I AM going to be wearing my Venom tee-shirt.

And is anyone other than me going to watch both of them before Saturday?
