So.... I saw Speed Racer the other day and really liked it. Kinda annoying in places, but I guess it's meant to be for kids so I can't bag on it too much.

Anyway, it got me thinking...

I have a vague memory of a Speed Racer-esque cartoon that I used to watch as a kid, but it involved a boy and a girl, who had a blue car and pink car. It looked all futuristic and stuff, and I'm pretty sure the cars could do stuff like drive upside down and the like.

Anyone have any ideas of what I'm talking about? Confused

But the car looks orangey rather than pink, although that may just be how the colours look on my screen.

And according to Wikipedia there is a box set just come out.

I remember Speed Racer being quite big in the early nineties, i even managed to find an old trading card set in the store room dated 1993.
