She Hulk Question

I haven't read the she hulk in a while, thought i would pick up the latest issue and have a read, after, i had a discussion with young Ras "Constantine" cal and we both came up with this burning question.
how the bloody hell is the She Hulk working independently of Jen Walters. and how the bloody has Jen survived a broken neck without turning green, and when did she become a bounty hunter? interesting career move, from lawyer to bounty hunter.

no but seriously can anyone explain as i don't have any of the back issues to find out
Web of Fear

This issue is the first issue with a new creative team. Exactly how all those things have happened hasn't been explained.

I'm assuming that some time has passed since the last issue and this will all be explained in forthcoming issues. You probably won't need to go back to the previous issues.

That said, the last two issues with the previous creative team did feature a She-Hulk from an alternate reality, and maybe that has something to with why Jen and Shulkie are "separate", but that's pure speculation on my part. At the end of the previous issue, the alt-universe She-Hulk went back to her own reality.
