The event thats just to big to warrant just one thread, so here is issue three's bits and bobs.
Now i know that at least one True Believer has probably not got around to reading this issue yet, and i dont want to spoil it for them.
but issue three has been printed and the results have by now been consumed by most of you.
So what do we all think then? (and without naming names) we shall refer to the greatest Skrull Warrior EVER as "Human X. And the saviour of Mankind as Cyclopian for now as not to spoil things.
Things are hotting up in the secret invasion it seems that the greatest warrior of the Skrull empire has ever had has indeed done his job so well that he/she gets a commendation from Queen Skrull Herself, as we now know she was the Spiderwoman replacement.
And to say that this comes as a shock is not entirely true, i mean who do you trust... the clues are there, Javis's unquestioned loyalty?
Sue Storm who was one at the forefront of anti registration?
And now Human X....
What next? well one thing is sure it wont be Cyclopian who falls prey to being body snatched. and being underground for so long would have fallen below the Skrull Radar as would his commando's.
of course there will be some of you who wont like this issue, and there maybe those of you who are weeping into your Kleenex as we speak, but the facts remain, the truth has been partly uncovered, to what extent still remains to be seen.
So, any thoughts anyone, i know Conradical wasn't amused when i spoke to him in the shop the other day, and i hope he takes the time to post here.
I do hope Marvel stick to the courage of there convictions with this story and see it through.

It kind of makes sense that she could make it over in time, though it would have fit in the timeline better had she done it two issues ago.
I like what they've done with Spider-Woman accusing Stark of being a skrull because he obviously wont be but i'm sure ity gave all his detractors another thing to add to the add argument. Though i guess they'll be pissed when it's revealed he really isnt.

The point is.
It really doesn't matter if he is or isn't. the fact remains, that the invasion was made even more successful with Heroes incarcerated, and key players replaced within the oh so organised initiative.
and the two most brilliant minds earth has to offer were both well and truly duped, while others saw though it all.
and why was it that other less intelligent being saw it while the most intelligent didn't? because it was WRONG, and thus ends the lesson for today, never ever take someones word for it.
