Kick AssUntil now, I thought the film was only a rumour; however, it would appear that Hollywood is already hard at work at bringing Marvel's Kick-Ass (by Millar & Romita JR) to the big screen.Aren't we only three issues in...? Anyhow, it would seem Nicolas Cage will be involved, albeit in a supporting role only. Aaron Johnson (Angus, Thongs & Perfect Snogging) will play the lead role of Dave Lizewski. McLovin' himself (Christopher Mintz-Plasse) will play the lead villain. The film will be directed by Matthew Vaughan. There's more detailed information in Empire's article on the subject. |
