Just finished reading Dreamwar, the DC/Wildstorm thingy, and this is one of the last panels in the comic.
It bears an uncanny resemblance to said issue of Action comics, which although is amusing, is a bit below the belt...Boom Boom 
Now i know nothing of the story which is in the offending Action comics, but i would hazard a guess that these comics are connected somehow, and bright star DC continuity nuts out there care to elaborate? oh and by the way heres the rest of the page
