It's a long film,just over 3hrs ( 2 films plus fake trailers).
If it gets released in the same version as the USA some people maybe put off as the picture has been aged with scratches and to add to the drive-in feel scenes are missing,replaced with a caption. Of the 2 films Death Proof was my fav,Kurt Russell on top form,sinister and funny.Oh yeah,lets not forget a trailer with Nicolas Cage as Fu Manchu. It's possible that the dvd release will be as 2 seperate films Grindhouse:Planet Terror and Grindhouse:Death Proof,with the missing scenes added. It is also rumoured that both the original release and a cleaned release will be in a double disc. |

Due to poor ratings in the US, the studio has decided that the two films are going to be released separately outside the US, which basically sucks, as the whole point of the films is that it's a homage to exploitation double bill films.
I even saw a trailer plugging both films together. Boo!
