Ok, after flicking through the latest issue (metaphorically speaking), I've noticed something.
Remember how comics used to have Letters Pages. "Make Mine Marvel" and what not?
Well, very few do nowadays, and those few that do, are the Indies. Dark Horse, and Image and whatnot.
Anyway, in the process of reading Buffy Season 8 before, I've been reading their letters pages.
One of them before, was from a fellow called Glen Lamb, who proclamed his love for the book, dispite having not read comics at all, and only having picked it up due to the fact that it was Buffy.
The fun thing was, he was from Canterbury.
Fast forward a few months, and we get this months offering. Again, letters pages in the back.
Someone called Adam, who liked the issue in London, with a Doctor Who cameo, apparently.
The fun thing was, he's from Canterbury too.
Who are these people? 7 Degrees of Speration says we know them.
And another question to go with this. Is it just a Buffy thing around here? Or do other people write into letters pages?
Personally, I never have, but has anyone else?

i have read the first TPB of buffy season 8 and got a lot out of it.
on the issue of the letters page i have thought about it lots of times but never felt the need to send one to any comic. i always thought voteing with my feet (i.e buying a comic or not) was a voice enough.

I have always thought of writing to the more fun letters pages where the replies are wittier [tharg, deadpool,...] but never actually done it.
I may one day, but doubt it would get printed due to the sheer volume they must recived [I guess they must recieve a lot].

I have never written to a letters page myself. Sometimes I have wanted to, but I also thought it would never get printed so there was really no point.
I wonder if they have really been taken over by forums now though?
Interesting the presence of Canterbury residents in those letters pages though. Unless there are several Canterburys in the USA?

I really wanted to write in about One More Day but forgot.... maybe i should write into BND and just tell them it's crap? That might get printed
