Ok, so we now know that the 198 was in fact a lie and that 199 mutants retained their powers after M-Day. The 199th is codenamed Mutant Zero and has been kept secret by the military for use in the Shadow Initative (the secret 51st superteam which even Stark doesn't seem to know about). Dan Slott has said that the masked mutant is a well known character and that the reveal will be a big one and not an "Oh it's random Morlock number 3" or something like that.
So the million doller question is, who is Mutant Zero?
I'm thinking Jubilee since she'd be about the right size for the costume, it's Asian themed and Marvel have already said that she'll get her powers back at some point because she's already been revealed to be the last mutant in the far future.
Nope, marrow was just in X-factor, i think she was depowered, as was the blob, that was well depressing, he was just a flabby flabby guy.
I really cant think who it could be, they have more people in x-men teams at the moment than they ever have, and all the women i know about are accounted for, even Skids was just in Uncanny. _________________ Itchy... Tasty

yes every god damn one died which is why it would be hilarious to make a bad ass character out of one that somehow survived. the guy whos power was to feel everything really sensitivly, awesome the first marvel emo.
