Paul Cornell himself confirms that Issue 15 will be the final issue of the current series.

I think this is a real shame. While I didn't get into the book until the beginning of Vampire State, the current arc has been incredibly enjoyable, moreso with last issue's twist cliffhanger ending. At least Cornell promises that the last two issues will not be rushed, and will read as a fitting conclusion to the book.

That really sucks, I was really into that book. It was definitely a top of piler. Different take on things from everyone else seems to be having, and some really nice character development. Truly a shame to see, lets hope they manage to do something with the characters again soon, and that Mr Cornell can go on writing it.

really liked it from issue one, it is a shame it had to go before its time but better to burn out then to fade away i guess.

I get the better to burn out than fade away, but if people on the whole seem to like it why are they cancelling it???

I guess they did cancel Young X-men too, but that was cause it was poo. Maybe they should consider doing this a bit more to the X-men universe, not saying I don't enjoy it, just too many things happening at once. They should really get rid of Cable as its gone no-where so far.
