After seeing Batmanuel didn't know the Butthole Surfers I realised that a lot of music I listen to has never been heard by anyone else and would really like to change that so heres a list of bands you all must hear and if you have then I guess my mjusic isn.y as eclectic as I thought

Primus
Infectious Grooves
Joe Driscoll (I really cool guy from New York, great to party with)
Modest Mouse (only the early stuff)
Ozomatli
Zero 7

If you havnt heard of them give it a listen then tell me what you think

Primus sucks! Very Happy

Saw them at the London Astoria years ago on the Tales From The Punchbowl tour.

Also had Infectious Grooves' "The Plague That Makes Your Booty Move" album, but not sure where it is now.

Saw Ozomatli on Jools Holland - looked like fun, but never listened to anything else by them.

I must admit, i didn't.

But John you old devil, you constantly amaze me, you really are a dark one on the quite, meant in the nicest possible way.

Hey Zeus
I am going to have to introduce you to our friend Web one day, i am sure that you will both get on like a house on fire  Smile

But as it goes, i am always up for a new sound, so thanks for the suggestions,
one of my most recent purchases has been Hugh Cornwell's Hooverdam

Love Zero 7, they just make beautiful music, and I'm also quite partial to some Modest Mouse, but quite likethe new stuff, don't know too much of the old.

If you haven't heard of them two great bands that I think are really underrated:

iForward Russia!
Be Your Own Pet - Great band, sadly only made 2 Albums.

The other night I went to see an insane band called 'The Bronx' who my girlfriend quite enjoys. I wasn't expecting much, a bit of screaming, a bit of a ruck.

I got this, but what I also got was the support act 'Mariachi el Bronx'. This basically consisted of the main band in mariachi gear playing the most insane mariachi music I have ever heard.

If you can hear this [theres a track on youtube and myspace I think] you really really should.
